Honoring the past, celebrating the present, and inspiring the future
The bank’s anniversary celebration was a meaningful gathering that honored years of growth, resilience, and shared success, held at Imprenta Modern Filipino Cuisine within Hotel 1925 in Sabang, Lipa City, Batangas.
The program began with a solemn Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Roy Roldan Matibag, OSJ, setting a reflective and grateful tone for the celebration, followed by a grand picture-taking session outside the venue where employees, partners, and stakeholders gathered to capture the moment. Afterward, guests proceeded inside and enjoyed a delightful lunch, during which newly hired employees showcased their singing talents, adding a lively and joyful atmosphere to the break.
After lunch, the official program formally began with opening remarks from the President, Mr. Antonio O. Pasia, who welcomed everyone and set the tone for the day’s activities. A lively segment followed, featuring interactive games centered on the bank’s history, designed to help employees—especially new hires—gain a deeper appreciation of the organization’s growth and journey, and to know the people behind the bank’s success through the years. The energy continued with intermission performances from new employees representing both the head office and various branches, bringing entertainment and excitement to the celebration.
The program then proceeded to one of the most heartfelt moments of the day—the Loyalty Awards, which honored employees who have dedicated many years of service to the bank and contributed significantly to its continued success. This was followed by a highly anticipated raffle draw, which brought excitement and cheers from the crowd as prizes included cash rewards and premium raffle items. The celebration officially concluded with closing remarks delivered by Senior Vice President Ms. Aniceta Pasia, who expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the event and reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to continued excellence and unity.
As the celebration came to an end, the day left a meaningful reflection of gratitude, unity, and shared purpose. It served as a reminder that the bank’s success is not only measured through milestones and achievements, but also through the dedication, teamwork, and spirit of every employee who continues to be part of its growing journey.
